Plotting the Information
NOTE: If only one color is available, enemy graphic
control measures will be drawn in black with a double line or the abbreviation
ENY placed on the graphic in at least two places to avoid confusion.
Show all friendly graphic control measures in black or blue. This represents
friendly units, installations, equipment, and activities. Use standard graphic
military symbols in FM 101-5-1. If nonstandard symbols are used, list them in
the legend on the overlay and describe what they mean.
Show all enemy graphic control measures in red. The red symbol represents enemy
installations, equipment, and activities.
The yellow symbol represents any areas of chemical, biological, and radiological
contamination.
The green symbol represents any man-made obstacles. Show all obstacles, friendly,
enemy, or neutral in green.
